We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate must be skilled in quantity surveying and proficient in Bluebeam for take-offs and markups.
Qualifications:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
✓ Total of 5 years of experience in residential construction estimating
✓ Proficient in Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and cost analysis
✓ Strong knowledge of building materials, methods, and industry standards
✓ Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
✓ Excellent communication and time management skills
✓ Preferably with Australian background.
✓ Can start immediately.
✓ Willing to work in Angeles City.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs
- Perform quantity take-offs using Bluebeam
- Analyze architectural and engineering drawings
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams
- Assist in tender preparation and submissions
- Monitor project variations and cost changes
- Maintain estimation records and databases
