Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence? We're looking for a Resort General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure the smooth and profitable running of our resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Manage staff performance, development, and scheduling
- Monitor financial performance and drive profitability through cost control and revenue strategies
- Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Develop and implement resort marketing and promotional strategies
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and third-party providers
- Report directly to ownership or executive board
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality/resort operations
- Strong understanding of all aspects of hotel/resort management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in handling local government permits, health and safety standards, and labor compliance is a plus

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
