Job Description:
Operations Management
- Supervise daily resort operations across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in all facilities and services
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest issues promptly
Guest Relations & Experience
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and hospitality
- Respond to guest feedback, complaints, and reviews, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Monitor resort ratings, surveys, and social media reputation
Team Leadership
- Manage and train department heads and staff to meet performance standards
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance evaluations, and coaching
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment
Financial Oversight
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling operational expenses
- Monitor daily revenue, occupancy, and profitability reports
- Ensure efficient purchasing and inventory control in coordination with finance and purchasing
Marketing and Promotions
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events, packages, and social media strategies
- Support business development by maintaining good relations with travel agencies and partners
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Prepare and maintain records for permits, licenses, and inspections
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality operations or resort management (beach resort experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in hotel software (e.g., Hotelogix etc.) and MS Office tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Customer-service oriented with attention to detail
