Job Summary:
The Resort Butler is a key ambassador of Filipino warmth and intuitive luxury. This role provides personalized, holistic service to our guests from arrival to departure—ensuring comfort, wellness, and a deeply memorable stay aligned with the resort’s vision of intentional living and genuine care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with grace and authenticity. Provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience, including escorting to villas and handling of personal belongings
- Learn and anticipate guest preferences to curate meaningful moments—whether it's a favorite tea blend, meditation schedule, or a preferred aromatherapy scent in-room
- Coordinate schedules for spa treatments, yoga sessions, wellness consultations, and curated experiences in harmony with the guest's journey.
- Arrange transportation, dining, bespoke excursions, and other guest requests.
- Liaise with resort departments to ensure flawless communication and delivery.
- Provide discreet in-villa service including room orientation, turndown personalization, wardrobe assistance (packing/unpacking, pressing), and thoughtful touches throughout the stay.
- Be available and present without intrusion.
- Ensure guests feel cared for while respecting their need for privacy and space.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or wellness resorts preferred.
- Formal training in butler service or guest relations an advantage.
- Deep understanding of personalized, anticipatory service.
- Calm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and cultural connection.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
