Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise day-to-day operations within the resort—including housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and front office.
2. Consistently uphold and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordination protocols, and brand quality standards.
3. Handles guest complaints promptly and professionally; solicits feedback and comments.
4. Monitors, analyze, and control all labor and inventory costs. This includes preparing the appropriate monthly reports, charts, and schedules to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved.
5. Ensure all staff are well-trained and confident in the details of each services and products, fostering excellent guest service and strong product knowledge.
6. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the hotel's financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies
8. Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development
Qualifications:
1. Proven pre-opening experience in hospitality or F&B operations (ideally in a beach club, resort, or restaurant setting)
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
3. Highly organized with a proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
4. Strong understanding of resort management best practices, including revenue management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
5. Ability to lead and motivate a team of hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service
6. Willing to work on-site (El Nido) with flexibility across shifts, weekends, and holidays
7. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Hospitality Management or any related field
