Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, customer satisfaction, staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills and experience in managing teams of 10 or more people
- Has had an experience handling minimum of two branches of the same brand
- Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management
- Food and beverage knowledge and experience in a restaurant setting
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or related field preferred
- Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations
- Flexible and able to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
