Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary: depending on work experience, plus SC & tips
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Proven leadership in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
3. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Financial and budgeting knowledge (P&L, cost control, inventory management).
- Familiarity with reservation systems, POS, and restaurant technology.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and local health regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations (FOH and BOH).
- Ensure smooth service flow during lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
Customer Service
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized and attentive service.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Build relationships with regular VIP guests and patrons.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, briefings, and performance evaluations.
- Promote teamwork and a service-oriented culture.
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
- Control costs: labor, food, beverage, and supplies.
- Oversee daily sales, cash handling, and POS reconciliation.
Marketing & Promotions
- Collaborate with marketing team on events, promos, and brand-building.
- Implement strategies to increase foot traffic and repeat business.
- Monitor competition and identify market trends.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor food presentation and service consistency.
Vendor & Inventory Management
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Oversee inventory levels, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
Reporting
- Prepare operational reports for senior management or owners.
- Track KPIs: customer satisfaction, sales targets, labor cost %, etc.
