Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and profitability. Involves supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer concerns, and ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Bon Appetit/Judon in Tagaytay.
- Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience for all guests.
- Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and cleaners.
- Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation according to company standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to achieve profit targets.
- Implement and maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor sales, prepare daily sales reports, and submit operational reports to management.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract more customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the owner or higher management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak hours and weekends.
- Willing to work in Tagaytay City and flexible with working hours.
