Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain high service standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue to meet financial targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor the restaurant team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
- Uphold health, safety, and food standards to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and engage with the local community to build brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a full-service or casual dining setup.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of P&L, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coach and develop team members.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undergo structured training and leadership development.
