HIRING: RESTAURANT MANAGER (Full-time)
Location: Pacita, San Pedro, Laguna
We’re looking for a street-smart, hands-on leader to help rebuild and revive a bold Filipino tapa spot that’s currently undergoing a transformation.
This is a builder’s role, a comeback role. Ideal for someone who treats the store like their own, can manage people, fix problems on the fly, and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced food environment.
What you’ll be in charge of:
- Daily store and kitchen operations
- Managing 2 crew members
- Inventory, costing, spoilage logs, supplier coordination
- Daily sales reporting and basic accounting
- Keeping the store clean, presentable, and moving… even during downtime
- Working directly with the owners on promos and product improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
