RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating daily store management operations.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the same capacity.
- Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
- Proven customer service experience; knows how to deal and settle employees infraction and customers complaints.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Amenable to render overtime
- Willing to be assigned in upcoming branches to open.
