Job Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining quality food service, and assisting in achieving sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.
- Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Train, coach, and schedule restaurant staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
- Prepare daily reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
