Qualifications:

With or without working experience
Good communication skills and with pleasing personality

Job Description:
Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, providing a positive and welcoming first impression.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding the retail products, and provide knowledgeable recommendations if needed.
Address guest concerns or direct them to the appropriate team member, ensuring a high standard of service.
Order Coordination:
Ensuring accuracy and proper product and packaging according to standards.
Handle any special requests or modifications as needed, keeping clear communication with the guest.
Display and Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about menu offerings, including seasonal items, new products, and special promotions.
Assist with product display, ensuring they are tidy and well-presented.
Upsell products, such as pastries, gift items, and beverages, enhancing the guest experience.
Collaboration and Team Support:
Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Assist with light service duties if needed, especially during peak times, to support team efficiency.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
