What is this role about?
The role is responsible for managing the stations and station personnel under his or her assigned stations
What will YOU do?
- Ensure compliance with the company's operational policies and procedures
- Conduct regular operations audits in handled stations to ensure their compliance to SEAOIL's procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Ensure compliance to national and local government permits and reports
- Act as an intermediary between handled stations and SEAOIL departments
- Coordinate with franchisees on matters related to the Franchise Agreement and the company’s policies and procedures
- Ensure that stations, personnel, dealers and customers are supervised and managed accordingly
- Train all Station Managers/Heads on standard station operations, customer service, and marketing programs
- Monitor and analyzes station’s profitability to include sales, OPEX and working capital (for dealer-operated stations)
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Team regarding profitability
- Provide assistance to the Franchise Conversion Team to give assistance in assessment and deliberation of new site to market and nearby Seaoil stations in the area
What will YOU need?
- Open to fresh graduates of any course
- Must have a valid driver's license - manual transmission
- Strong familiarity in Luzon area
- Experience in retail is an advantage
