FOR DEPLOYMENT TO: FIBERHOME PHILS INC.
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom towers and mounted equipment.
- Perform rigging activities such as antenna alignment, cable pulling, and grounding installations.
- Climb towers and poles safely to install or replace telecom equipment.
- Support integration, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems.
- Assist in disassembly and relocation of telecom infrastructure.
- Ensure all rigging tools and lifting equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Comply with safety regulations (DOLE, OSH standards) and wear required PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with engineers and team leads on site activities and documentation.
- Other tasks that may be assigned
