We are currently seeking a dedicated Safety/Security Officer. The ideal candidate
must meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
● A graduate of any four-year course
● Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in a Safety or Security Officer role.
● Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and lead training programs related to safety
and security operations.
● Proven experience in developing and executing organizational safety and security
strategies.
● Must have completed the mandatory BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health)
training from a DOLE-accredited training center.
● Proficient in drafting reports and policies related to health, environmental, and safety
concerns, including all required DOLE-OSH regulatory documentation.
● Capable of conducting risk and hazard assessments.
● Able to strictly enforce safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage at all levels of the
organization.
Job Description
● Conduct regular training sessions on safety and security awareness.
● Develop and update applicable safety and security policies for overall farm operations.
● Maintain a safe and secured environment for employees, clients and visitors by
enforcing security policies and procedures.
● Comply with related regulatory requirements e.g. company registration, detailed logs and
incident reports monitoring & safekeeping,
● Audit and report safety breaches, security incidents, and biosecurity non-compliance.
● Prepare regular reports for farm management regarding the status of safety and security
operations.
● Conduct regular briefings and debriefings with guards to relay updates, address
concerns, and reinforce farm policies.
● Competent in conducting security investigations
● Must be capable of producing written reports and security briefs.
● Conduct investigation and root cause analysis of accidents, health related issues, and
other safety related issues and submit reports to his/her immediate leader.
● Conduct regular safety inspection
● Performs other tasks that may be required on a temporary basis
