Provides assistance to the Sales and Marketing Department to help meet sales production requirements by assisting the Sales Admin & Sales Operations in all clerical and office works.
1. Attends to brokers’ agents’ and buyers’ queries by giving them the right and detailed information of company’s standard sales policies and procedures, products and packages being offered.
2. Attends to all website and referral inquiries by providing them all necessary information, sets schedules and conducts site tripping.
3. Provides assistance to the Sales Admin in preparing and making sure there is enough supply of all housing documents and forms such as reservation documents etc. and collation of the same.
4. Provides assistance/attends to closing of sale, conduct buyer’s interview and orientation as needs arises.
5. Performs and provides clerical assistance for Sales admin and operations.
6. Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate
- with at least 6 months work experience in Admin and/or customer service.
- Willing to be assigned at Molino Cavite
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
