JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Admin Associate is responsible for supporting the sales team by preparing quotations, communicating with clients regarding their needs, and assisting sales agents in generating accurate and competitive quotations. This role ensures seamless coordination between departments, maintains accurate sales records, and ensures compliance with accreditation requirements. The position requires proficiency in Excel and internal systems, analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and generate accurate quotations based on client requirements and sales team inputs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate sales documentation.
- Assist sales agents in preparing quotations and ensuring alignment with company pricing structures.
- Utilize Excel and internal systems for data entry, quotation management, and record-keeping.
- Analyze sales transactions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Procurement, Finance, and Logistics to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
- Manage accreditation processes for clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete and up to date.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of sales quotations, transactions, and client communications.
- Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including report generation and documentation.
- Perform other sales task as assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role.
SKILLS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internal systems for data management and analysis.
- Ability to analyze sales transactions and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotations and processing sales documentation.
- Strong coordination skills to work effectively with different departments.
- Knowledge of accreditation requirements and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
