We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin Assistant to support our Sales Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all sales-related documentation is accurate, complete, and efficiently managed. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage sales-related documents including contracts, agreements, invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer records.
- Verify and ensure legal documents are complete and accurately signed before the turnover of trucks or equipment.
- Monitor document submissions to partner institutions and follow up on collection of proceeds.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer data.
- Prepare and submit updated monthly reports on pending documents.
- Ensure compliance with standard admin documentation processes and sales team procedures.
Qualifications:
- College graduate or post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in data entry and data management.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
