The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient operation of the department. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating with clients and internal departments, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely processing of sales orders and delivery follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support
- Process and encode sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Monitor and track sales targets, commissions, and performance data.
- Customer Service
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales concerns.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
- Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounting departments for order fulfillment and billing.
- Data Management
- Ensure accuracy of data entered in CRM or ERP systems.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales reports for management review.
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain sales-related documents.
- Support in organizing sales events, client visits, and trade shows when applicable.
Job Type: Full-time
