JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for providing active support primarily to the immediate superior of the Sales Department. Coordinates sales team by acknowledging schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, Customs Administration or its equivalent.
- Organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork
- Flexible working attitude and keen to details
- Proficient in MS Application particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills is a plus
- Full time positions available.
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
