Job Summary:
The Sales Admin Supervisor ensures smooth administrative support and processes for the sales team, including managing order processing, maintaining customer records, and generating sales reports. The role involves leadership over the sales admin team, process improvement, and collaboration with other departments to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations and Administration:
▪ Oversee the daily sales administration activities, including order management, contract handling, and maintaining sales documentation.
▪ Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of sales reports and analyses for management review.
▪ Track and monitor sales targets, quotas, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the sales team’s objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
▪ Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
▪ Technical Proficiency: o Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
▪ Leadership: Strong team leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire a high-performance admin team.
▪ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
▪ Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
▪ Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
