Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the Sales Admin transactions.
- Prepares Monthly Sales Reports, Sales Performance, Collections, and Inventory Reports.
- Reviews and checks the following documents and reports: (1.) Lot locations for interment purposes; (2.) Purchase agreement to be released.
- Attend to problems related to sales administration.
- Review and check gross and net commissions computations.
- Handles delinquent big accounts.
- Perform account downgrading and upgrading computations.
- Monitor subordinates’ compliance with job specifications.
- Evaluate, appraise, and review the performance of subordinates; recommend promotions, recognition, or disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or in a similar function, preferably within the financing, banking, or pre-need industry.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in relevant technical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
