Sales and Retail Manager you are responsible for the development and implementation of a well-defined sales strategy that improves productivity and efficiency of direct reports as well as management of cost and operating expenditures thereby achieving the sales and profitability targets of the area being managed.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of four (4) year course preferably HRM or business courses
-At least 1yr experience
- Proven track record of successful retail sales management experience
- Knowledge of customer service and sales principles
- Able to multi task, prioritize and work under pressure
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented and organized
- Computer Literate
