WE’RE HIRING: Sales Trainer (Automotive Industry)
Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna | 3+ years of experience in Training & Development
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any related course)
- Postgraduate studies: optional
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly Product Knowledge, Technical, Process, and Soft Skills training for Dealer Sales Executives
- Administer examinations and assessments for Dealer Sales Executives
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights on features and technology (as needed)
- Identify training needs and develop new approaches aligned with the sales process
- Monitor and report DDSA and Kanban program activities across the dealer network
- Support Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) improvement and DOS-related tasks
- Conduct accreditation monitoring and both technical/non-technical sales training
- Prepare materials and presentations for Mancom and Dealer Conferences
- Perform other tasks assigned on an ad-hoc basis
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related or equivalent course
- At least 3 years of experience in training
- Preferably with training design knowledge (Canva, Powtoon)
- Background in the automotive industry; sales experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge in creative design is a plus
- Must know how to drive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
