Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Coach to join our high-performing Travel Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in call center sales coaching, excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills, and a strong grasp of sales tools and performance metrics. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing agent sales effectiveness and achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular 1:1 and group coaching sessions to improve sales performance
- Provide feedback based on sales metrics and call monitoring results
- Identify knowledge or skill gaps and provide targeted improvement plans
- Guide agents in handling objections and negotiation techniques
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Training teams to align on best practices
- Monitor sales dashboards, CRM entries, and use Excel to track performance trends
- Contribute to achieving account-level sales KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales coaching or team lead role, preferably in a call center/travel sales environment
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Sales CRM, QA tools, and Excel dashboards
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu IT Park and amenable to shifting schedules
- Can start by July 16, 2025

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
