Job Description
The Sales Coach (Manager) plays a vital role in driving sales performance and organizational success. This role requires strong expertise in sales strategies, product knowledge, and advanced coaching techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and develop team managers and leaders, enhancing their sales coaching skills.
Design, implement, and manage training programs to elevate sales representative performance.
Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights for strategic planning.
Optimize lead targeting strategies to increase conversion rates.
Track campaign ROI and apply data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with operations to boost conversion opportunities.
Drive adoption of data-based decision-making within sales teams.
Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.
Regularly update and refine coaching methods to align with market and business needs.
Provide leadership with detailed reports and growth recommendations.
