About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator & Tele-Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Novaliches. This role supports the Sales & Marketing Teams, helping to boost sales, serve customers, and assist in promoting top electrical brands like IDEC, Marshal, LS Electric, and Schneider Electric.
What You’ll Do:
Support sales by handling schedules, calls, emails, and follow-ups
Learn product specs to effectively market our products
Coordinate promotional events and materials
Answer customer inquiries and help with after-sales support
Process orders, maintain records, and ensure timely deliveries
Conduct marketing research and prepare reports
Make outbound calls and handle customer inquiries
Maintain client databases and keep accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
Sales or marketing experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer savvy (MS Office, internet, CRM a plus)
Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus
