Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential leads
- Receive inbound sales calls and convert them to customers
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships
- Use persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Join team calls or virtual meetings in professional sales attire
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Excellent English skills — clear, confident, and professional
- A persuasive sales voice and confident presence on the phone
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales support
- A professional look and attitude, especially on video calls (sales attire required)
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and ability to work independently
- A quiet home office setup with a reliable internet connection
