RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets across multiple channels or regions.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance, alignment with KPIs, and continuous skill development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, negotiating and closing high-value deals to secure long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Field of Study: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Master of Business Administration is preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Certification/Licenses: Certified Sales Executive (CSE), Strategic Sales Management Certificate.
- Skills: Sales Strategy Development, Sales Analytics, Client Relationship Management.
