The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a range of products to clients, distributors, and retailers. This role involves developing strong relationships within the beverage industry, understanding client needs, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding market presence, driving brand awareness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Account Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for brewery products and beverages.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing relationships with distributors, retailers, and hospitality establishments.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the product line, including features.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and at industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key decision-makers in the beverage industry.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build industry connections.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Order Management and Logistics:
- Coordinate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production teams to meet demand.
- Manage the order process, including invoicing and payment collection.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for craft.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a sales team.
- Familiarity with sales and CRM software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry. Biology, Food Technology or any related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel, laundry, health, sales and distribution.
