Location: Batangas, Philippines (with opportunity to work from home in Metro Manila)
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Proven ability to meet targets and drive business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Prior experience in mulit-national container freight companies a plus
Responsibilities:
- Proactively visit customers and present space and service solutions offered by Batangas Port Services (BPS).
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring optimal utilization of BPS facilities such as container yards and heating services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to align customer needs with BPS capabilities.
Compensation:
- Base salary will be determined by years of experience.
- Car allowance to support customer visits and mobility requirements.
- Performance-based bonuses to reward success in exceeding sales targets.
