Position Overview:
The Head of Sales will lead the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and achieve sales targets. This role requires sales management expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the diagnostics or equivalent industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify market opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; provide training and performance feedback.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure exceptional customer service, and develop customer retention strategies.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics, provide regular reports, and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
