Job description:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales Manager to lead and manage a network of third-party real estate agents and brokers. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with housing finance institutions such as Pag-IBIG. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with market insight to meet targets and support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct a team of third-party real estate agents and brokers.
- Provide coaching and guidance to ensure agents meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the real estate market.
- Monitor industry trends to establish and adjust competitive selling prices.
- Ensure compliance with requirements for Pag-IBIG and other housing finance/accreditation bodies.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and report on sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and project development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large-scale real estate developments
- Background in affordable housing or government-subsidized financing schemes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
