What You’ll Do
- Manage and support the real estate sales team
- Set sales goals and help the team reach them
- Train and guide agents to improve performance
- Meet with clients and assist with important deals
- Track sales and prepare simple reports
- Work closely with marketing to attract new clients
- Stay updated on the local real estate market
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate sales or management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Comfortable using computers and sales tools

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
