QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 year course (preferably Marketing course)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Has aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
- Excellent work ethic, including in records and file management
- Above average written and verbal communications Skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone
- Can do multi-tasking and able to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and coordinate the daily/weekly transmission of returned requirements, transmittals, review sheets to and from the main office.
- Entertain and answer phone and e-mail inquiries or follow-ups from brokers, agents and buyers.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
- Back-up and assist the Sales Acceptance Officer or Sales Documentation Officer.
- Maintain organized, accurate, up to date transaction files for record keeping purposes.
- Perform other related duties and task as assigned by the management.
