JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing customers on monthly support customers
- Responding to cases adhering to customer SLAs
- Handling tasks either solo or as part of a team on project implementations
- Daily case reporting and management
- Working with the management and consultants to create solutions for customer issues
JOB QUALIFICATION
- With at least 2-3 years of work experience in Salesforce admin.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce Administrator certification
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule
