- Managing schedules, setting up meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the Vice President.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, while prioritizing urgent matters.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, while maintaining accurate records and confidential files.
- Taking meeting minutes, distributing agendas, and ensuring smooth meeting operations.
- Managing confidential documents and information with discretion and professionalism.
