Job description
The Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all security protocols and procedures for KLY2 Project. This includes protecting personnel, materials, equipment, and the project site itself from all kind of security risks. The Security Manager will work closely with the project management team to ensure a safe and secure working environment
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive security plan tailored to the specific risks of KLY2 Project.
2. Conduct regular site security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats. Develops a
comprehensive remediation plan to mitigate identified risks and vulnerabilities.
3. Oversee contractor compliance with established security policies and protocols. Proactively identify weaknesses
in security procedures and lead the implementation of improvements to enhance overall site security.
4. Manage security personnel, including, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
5. Investigate security incidents and prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations.
6. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies (Police and Military) as needed.
7. Interface with Local Government Units and the host community as regard to security matters.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and security standards.
9. Maintain accurate records of security incidents, personnel, and equipment.
10. Prepare and manage the security budget.
11. Develop and deliver security awareness training to construction personnel.
12. Implement and enforce security protocols, such as visitor registration and vehicle access procedures.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor
- Major: Bachelor of Criminology or Military

Years of Experience Required:
Minimum of five years Supervisory or three years managerial experience
Essential Skills:
1. Strong proficiency in Security Management and case investigation
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
3. Proficiency in identifying risks and management of risks
4. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
5. Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Ability to Driver 4wheel car with valid Driver’s license
8. Relevant certificate, like Certified Security Professional, Military background,
9. Retired policeman is a plus
10.Willing to be relocate in Kalayaan Laguna
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
