Senior Brand Manager
This position reports to the Head of Marketing, Shopper & CXO (PH) and is based in Paranaque, Philippines
The Senior Brand Manager will direct and coordinate critical processes related to business reviews and planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, price strategy, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing. He/She will manage the baby care portfolio/multiple baby brands (Johnson's Baby Shampoo & Powder) with a direct report managing Johnson's Baby Cologne/Oil/Wipes, which encompasses marketing core capabilities in the organization.

What You Will Do
· Manage the Johnson's Baby portfolio, ensuring optimal SKU efficiency and brand alignment through product lifecycle management and SKU rationalization.
· P&L accountability for the portfolio of products handled.
· Lead and develop a direct report managing part of the portfolio.
· Transcreation of assets from Cluster Brand Team on advertising assets, POSM claims, and packaging, etc.
· Develop marketing and strategic plans and budgets in conjunction with the Heady of Baby Care Franchise and corresponding Shopper marketing team including innovation launches, communications, advertising, and other activities)
· Manage the launch of any innovation pipeline for the portfolios aligned with the brand strategy and consumer insights.
· Project management of innovation launch plans with cross-functional teams.
· Lead and manage product planning and strategy development (8YOP), execution, control, analysis, and evaluation of all activities associated with the portfolio.
· Use of consumer trends and insights which can lead to new initiatives and growth.
· Review and analyze research and shopper data to drive opportunity identification, deliver key strategic insight projects, and develop and manage in-store and on-shelf strategies at the retail level.
· Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and Sales to set promotional initiatives in-market.
· Prepare brand performance and review presentations on a regular basis as required.
· Monitor data and action relevant insights with the Commercial teams. Provide Cluster teams with competitive information and lead local challenges for the portfolio managed.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or other equivalent is required.
· At least 6-8 years of brand management experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods, with a bias towards consumer health.
· Fact-based track record of winning market share for products managed
· Strong marketing and commercial experience. New product development experience
· Significant experience in developing strategy, marketing plans, and the execution of campaigns
· Minimum of 3-4 years of people leadership experience, managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in a matrix environment and cross-functional teams
· Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions is required
· Demonstrated influencing skills, networking, and interaction with matrix senior executives/managers to leverage on getting the job done for the team
