The position exists for providing quality management for Integrated Marketing primarily on web content administration, translation and site support, update and maintenance of intranet and internet sites, permission marketing, documentation, and other related web support.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS
MAIN DUTIES
Translation
- Global subject matter expert of Translation for Copeland
- Oversee the translation process and workflow of Copeland
- Administer the loading of all pages, components, and assets of the pages of Copeland into the TRANSPERFECT Translations workflow.
- Consolidate requests from Business Units and World Areas for Pages that need to go thought the workflow process.
- Process the translations workflow for new page requests for all locales under Commercial & Residential Solutions
- Track the progress of the items that undergo the workflow.
- Coordinate requests and progress of TRANSPERFECT Translated Pages to business units and world areas POCs.
- Audit the locales of Copeland pages to ensure that the components are properly translated and placed on each page.
- To function as the owner of Automated Translations Workflow
- Provide solutions and resolves translation issues.
- Global Meeting representative for Optimizely Translation for ComRes.

- Explore and evaluate Optimizely’s web experimentation platform for strategic testing
- Conduct A/B tests design, content, and features to determine high-performing variations
- Optimize overall user experience across websites to boost engagement and satisfaction
- Implement personalized experiences by tailoring content and features to different user segments
- Test and analyze the impact of new website features on user behavior and conversion rates

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s Degree in mass communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or related area
WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING
- 5-6 years’ experience on web content editing in an enterprise environment
- At least 2 years relevant experience in working with web content styles and branding guidelines
- Translation systems experience is a plus
- Experience working in a global environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Experience working with Content Management System (specifically Optimizely) and SEO Tools is a plus
SKILLS AND COMPETENCY
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Ability to speak or write in another language is an advantage but not required, unless identified by the customer and support requirements
- Strong understanding of various software and processes, including requirements gathering and analysis
- Self-starter with the ability to create and complete projects.
- Motivated to develop and document processes to see them through to completion
- Must be able to work as an individual contributor and to contribute as part of a larger team
- Computer application skills such as MS Office, Mainframe and other Business Systems and Tools
- A strong sense commitment to get the job done accurately and with high quality
