Position Details
- Hourly Rate: 600- 700 PHP / hour
- Work Hours: 15- 20 hours per week
- Start Date: January 2026 (Curriculum development starts upon hire)
- Location: Onsite, North Atrium Building, M.C. Briones Street, Mandaue City, Cebu

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to lead our pioneer training program. While classes are scheduled to begin in January 2026, the successful candidate must be available earlier to collaborate in designing the TESDA Digital Marketing Level III curriculum.
A professional fee will be provided for contributions made during the curriculum design and development phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop a TESDA-aligned curriculum for Digital Marketing Level III
- Deliver engaging, competency-based training aligned with TESDA and industry standards
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials
- Guide and evaluate students to ensure skill mastery and job readiness
- Collaborate with the Academic Director and curriculum team during the accreditation process
Mandatory Qualifications
- Must have a training certificate relevant to Digital Marketing
- Must have been a practicing trainer for at least 2 years within the last 5 years
- Must have at least 2 years of industry experience in Digital Marketing within the last 3 years
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must be a well-rounded digital marketing practitioner with practical experience in the following areas: content creation and planning, copywriting, social media management, basic design (Canva), short-form video editing (Reels or TikTok), paid ads support (Meta, Linkedin, Google), email marketing, and campaign reporting.
