Job Description
As a Senior Research Executive, you’ll take the lead on delivering impactful insights to clients across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll manage projects more independently, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of research projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing expectations and providing strategic input.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Mentor and support Research Executives, fostering their growth and development.
- Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape best practices across the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in market research, insights, or consulting.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead projects.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Q, SPSS, Decipher, or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a collaborative spirit.

Remote-hybrid based role, must be physically located within Philippines and candidate must be a Country/Region Resident
