Tatatito Filipino Restaurant, an upscale casual dining destination, is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Dining Assistant in our Makati branch.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred (internship experience may be considered)
- Familiarity with standard customer service sequence and front-of-house operations
- With knowledge or experience in barista duties (able to prepare basic beverages and specialty drinks)
- Must have a friendly and pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be assigned and work in Makati City
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience
- Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and respond to guest needs professionally
- Assist in beverage preparation, including both non-alcoholic and specialty drinks, as needed
- Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and professionalism
- Follow all health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company service guidelines
- Perform various front-of-house (FOH) tasks such as food running, greeting guests, clearing tables, and supporting other FOH stations as required
