- responsible in boosting & increasing service department sales performance.
- in charge of handling aftersales inquiries and concerns
- create repair estimate and service order based on customer request and make recommendations
-communicate the customers with the necessary/recommended repairs and provide timeline for a repair

-conduct, facilitate schedules client visits to nurture positive relationships with our valued customers.
-four year course in any course
-experience in related field especially in heavy equipment.
