What you will be doing for us:
As the Service Invoicing Admin, you will provide efficient and accurate data entry, processing, and invoicing of all job information thereby delivering exceptional customer experience via all available and appropriate customer contact channels. Enter and review all jobs prior to invoicing to ensure that the information contained in the job is legible and that grammar and spelling is correct, ensure that the job is actually completed and that you are not missing any other visits by reading the work done and job notes, ensure that all parts used have been added to the job, ensure that all labour has been added to the job, ensure that the charges are correct prior to invoicing. Ensure customer contractual obligations have been met with regard to rates, parts prices, call out fees etc. Work as a team player to ensure the efficient and effective flow of jobs through the administration area. This may entail giving assistance others during demanding or peak times. Ensure communication to subcontractors and local Australian coordinators is optimal and concise. Regularly monitor completeness of information and job status in Admin-IST job centres. Review and enter all technician and subcontractor paperwork details to the correct job ready for invoicing. Assist in focused projects or assist in other portions that are subject to excessive or peak volume demands or subject to another staff attendance.
What technologies you will be working with:
- In this role your proficiency in MS Office is a must.
A bachelor’s Degree with high level customer service.
