EDUCATION: Graduate of any 4-year management-related course preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management or another related course.
EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of commissary experience
RESPONSIBILITY: Oversees the proper execution of all daily technical and production-related commissary activity, and assists all aspects of management in sales and manpower of store shift operations
