Location: Biñan City, Laguna (ONSITE)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in the home improvement or related industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience in sales and showroom management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to maximize business opportunities.
- Professional demeanor with a polished appearance
Responsibilities:
- Supervise showroom staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training to enhance customer service and sales techniques.
- Oversee daily showroom activities, ensuring a seamless and professional shopping experience.
- Manage product displays, visual merchandising, and inventory arrangement to align with brand standards.
- Drive sales by assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and implementing sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Ensure all showroom transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, are processed accurately.
- Conduct regular stock checks, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely restocking of showroom inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
- Monitor and enforce showroom staff attendance, including extracting and reviewing biometric timekeeping records.
- Develop and implement showroom procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
