At Kidoo Pediatric Therapy Center, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We’re looking for patient, dedicated, and compassionate SPED Teachers who are passionate about supporting children with diverse learning needs in a nurturing and structured environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction tailored to each child’s learning goals
- Use structured teaching strategies and visual supports
- Collaborate with therapists and parents to monitor student progress
- Maintain classroom structure and behavior management routines
- Prepare learning materials and documentation
- Participate in trainings, team meetings, and parent conferences
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Low Student: Teacher Ratio
- Will handle play school and/or SpED class
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education (SPED) or related field
- LET Passer or SPED certification preferred
- Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage
- Passionate, patient, and creative when working with kids
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite
- Experience in Pre-school age group is a plus
