This role provides frontline support in the execution of employee and labor relations programs at the site level. It assists in the implementation of disciplinary procedures, documentation of policy-related matters, and the resolution of employee concerns. The role also contributes to employee engagement efforts, supporting initiatives that promote a positive and compliant work environment in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in employee and labor relations or HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, or plant-based environment
- Solid working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance standards
- Strong case management, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience handling disciplinary cases, employee grievances, and investigations
